ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE WITH CLEANUP
Samaritan's Purse is staged at Mt. Zion Christian Church on Hwy 120. They are available to help with any of the recovery process.
They have volunteers from around the country coming in to help to mud out basements, help homeowners move personal belongings, and sanitize and spray for mold and suppress bacteria. They will also have chaplains to encourage those who were affected.
IF YOU HAVE A HOME THAT WAS AFFECTED OR KNOW OF AN AREA AFFECTED, PLEASE CALL 262-758-4064 AND LEAVE YOUR NAME, PHONE NUMBER, AND ADDRESS OF THE AFFECTED AREA.
If you would like to help be a part of the response team, there will be a debrief tomorrow, Monday, July 17 at 12:30pm at Mt. Zion Christian Church in Lake Geneva, WI. Then there will be daily debriefs at 7:30am and 12:30pm to receive location assignments and projects.
A permit will not be required for repairs to your home, furnace, electrical, etc. unless you want the building inspectors guidance and inspection to protect yourself from non-qualified installations and/or scammers.
