HELP WANTED – HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT PATROLMAN

 

The Town of Lyons is looking to hire one full time Highway Department Patrolman.

 

Qualifications:  Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.  Must possess a valid Wisconsin CDL Class B or have the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.  Experience operating a variety of equipment.  Must be able to lift 70 lbs.  Some duties are snow plowing, tree trimming, patching pot holes, mowing and maintaining roadsides.  This Position may be required to work nights, weekends, and may be required to respond to after hours and weekend emergencies.

 

Starting Wage: $19.00 – $24.30 per hour depending on qualifications.
