Public Works Superintendent

Department: Public Works | Full Time, Non-Exempt

The Public Works Superintendent oversees and participates in construction, maintenance, and repair work that keeps Town roads, facilities, and public spaces safe and functional.  This role provides day-to-day supervision of Public Work staff, coordinates work activities, operates equipment as needed, and supports routine and emergency response operations.  Responsibilites include staff supervision, scheduling, safety oversight, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Application Information:

The Town offers a competitive wage and benefit package for full-time employees.  Full time starting pay range is $58,000 to $68,500, dependent upon qualifications.
