PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF REVIEW for the TOWN OF LYONS,
Walworth County, will meet at the Lyons Town Hall, 6339 Hospital Road, Lyons, Wisconsin on
Monday, May 20 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for the purpose of reviewing and
examining the assessment roll of real and personal property therein, and correcting all errors in the
roll, whether in description of property or otherwise, and to perform such other duties as imposed by
law.

You do not need to wait for the Board of Review to talk with an assessor.  You can discuss your opinion of value by calling Accurate Assessors at (920) 749-8098 or by emailing them at [email protected].

If you do not come to agreement of value, a written/oral intent to object (Form PA-115A) must be filed with the Town Clerk at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review.  Please call the Town Clerk at (262) 763-9936 to schedule an appointment to appear before the Board of Review.
