NOTICE OF BOARD OF REVIEW
TOWN OF LYONS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF REVIEW for the TOWN OF LYONS, Walworth County, has been POSTPONED until September 29th from 8am to 10am. Board of Review will meet at the Lyons Town Hall, 6339 Hospital Road, Lyons, Wisconsin for the purpose of reviewing and examining the assessment roll of real and personal property therein, and correcting all errors in the roll, whether in description of property or otherwise, and to perform such other duties as imposed by law.
A written “Form of Objection” to property assessment must be filed with the town clerk no later than September 26th, 2022. Please call the town clerk at (262)763-9936 to schedule an appointment to appear before the Board of Review.

**Clerk’s note: I would encourage anyone who has tried to contact Accurate Appraisals for an open book review of their property assessment and has not been able to reach them, or has not received adequate correspondence with them, to continue to work with Accurate to solve any issues prior to Board of Review.
Anyone may go online at AccurateAssessor.com to look up and verify the information that Accurate is using to assess your property. This is very important! Please contact Accurate if there are errors in your properties information.
